About Me

I've been Gluten Free for about 7 years now. It was through trial and error that I arrived at gluten as the culprit that kept me chained to the bathroom. First it was in my head, then stomach flu, IBS, Gallbladder disease (they took that one out). Finally, I cut everything out that made me sick, and reclaimed my life. I've never felt better.
