Hello, I am giving a shower for my DIL and she has Celiacs. I need to have things that are gluten free and all or mostly all from Costco. The first things that come to mind are the veggie platter, fruit platter, Island Way sorbet, nuts, cheese, gluten-free cracker... What is your opinion on the things listed? What else could I serve?
