I'm so happy I found this! I was just diagnosed with Celiac Disease and am flying to Africa soon. I hadn't considered the fact that I won't be able to eat much from the plane... But after reading this I realize I'm going to need to plan ahead. Thank you to everyone who posted ideas. I really appreciate finding all of this!
