i just bin to australia and british airways was good food cept they forgot one of my meals (tho they were helpful to give me lots of food) australian airways dont do gluten free meals at all whatever ur flying on its probably a good idea to take some snacks with u

i have a similiar situation my blood did not detect coeliacs but i have been on the diet for 4 months and am feeling so much better because of it it would be good to know whether it is coeliac disease or just an intolerance though most symptoms point towards coeliacs and my doctor says it almost definately is do any of the tests work when you are on a gluten...

thanks im so bad at reading the labels i usually just end up not eating things cos im not sure wether there ok or not and its safer so its great that i can find out some things i didnt know

i miss bread a lot i used to eat it all the time as a snack our bread is so hard and horrid i really miss bread and its horrid when the rest of my family are eating nice bread im the only one with coeliacs in my family i only got it at christmas and im still not really used to it i know how you all feel
