Well, I may not have celiac disease. Started eating regular flour stuff again and have not had a problem at all. So, I do not know what to think. -
I live with hot flashes and night sweats. They went away for a while, however, are back with a vengence, worse than before.

I just went back and re-read what celiac disease was. Amazing, I do not know about my family history of this disease as other than a half-brother, I have very little family left. My ancestory is German/Russian Jews, that I know of. However, my personal history I have always had negative reactions to milk products. Terrible diahrrea, gas, bloating... -

Well, I have been fluten free now since last Thursday, and the diahrrea has stopped. Feeling better, gas has supbsided alot. No nausea either. Hmmmm????? Only thing I ate that made me a little gassy was I had beans this weekend. Need I say more. My husband even made me gluten-free pancakes from rice flour. They were great. I was very surprised... -

How are you all paying for their services? I found them to be extremely expensive. I cannot afford this. I almost fell over when I saw their prices. Even if I submit the bill to my insurance company, they won't cover it. -

What happens if because of gastric bypass surgery they cannot take a biopsy? What is the next step? Phyliss -
I have not been diagnosed as of yet. I do have many of the symptoms. I had gastric bypass surgery in 1999. Lack of B-12 is a side effect of this surgery. From what I read that can be one of the causes of this disease. I have also ready any gastric surgery can cause this. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 12/2004 5 years after my surgery. Many...
