  1. Thank a lot! I actually went to the grocery store and was happy to find gluten free products such as soy sauce and dressings that I didn't know companies make! Today I feel slightly better but I'm still a little weary.
  2. I'm just so confused with this pain that I'm feeling. Now it's like a know that goes from the right side of my belly button to about three more inches on the right. And still after trying to watch what I ate today, I'm still feeling terribly bloated.

I see many people talking about pain in the stomach and abdominal regions, but I'm curious as to where specifically and what exactly does or did it feel like.   4. Thanks a lot! This actually makes me feel a little better. And I also get the dizzy and light headed feeling off and on. I was getting concerned because of the constant sounds and movement of gas and what not in my stomach. I guess I will try and kick up my water intake as well.
  5. So I am not diagnosed with celiac disease yet, but I'm doing my own gluten free diet to see if that helps some of the symptoms that I have been experiencing the last few weeks.   6. Thanks so much for your response! I did some research on the B12 deficiency and many of the symptoms sound like me as well. I've just been feeling so many different things. I am going to cut gluten out of my diet for a while as well as taking B12 supplements. Hopefully by doing that I will start to get back to feeling the way I did before. Although I don...
