  4. I'm sure this topic has been addressed before, but i could not figure out how/where to find it. I was diagnosed with Celiac about a year ago. Completely asymptomatic. If you forced me to name a symptom, I'd say I was a bit gassy...but not to the point that i felt it was a problem. Favorite (most consumed) foods were pizza, pasta, cookies etc... Diagnosed...
