  1. Thanks you everyone for replying! I know without a doubt that it is not a placebo effect. It's a huge thing for a person to go from huge amounts of pain to no pain in a matter of days...the change would have to be related to something. I do have some results from tests I will post them: My labs Gliadin IgA 2.8 Normal 19 and lower Gliadin IgG 4.9 Normal...
  2. Hi all, I posted here a few months back when I first went Gluten Free. I had some questions that hopefully can get answered. I have never truly been diagnosed with any gluten problems and have had the intire celiacs panel (i think) and a endo. at the same time I had my sons blood work done everything was normal except he has a low IGA level. We both went...
  3. I haven't been tested for diabetes, I had no clue it could cause similar symptoms. I will talk to the dr. Thanks to all of you who have replied. I would be way more frusterated without you all.
  4. Thank you for your reply both of you. I did get the lymph nodes checked and dr said come back in 6 weeks if there not gone. He doesnt think it is serious because my ears are plugged of and on. I have also been checked for rheumatoid arthritis, lupis and just about everything else. This week I am doing ok from being on the gluten diet, I am haveing very minimal...
  5. I am still trying to figure out what is going on. I am going to put it all in a nutshell, if you have seen my other posts I am sorry as it will repeat a little of the same info.
  6. I was also wondering the same thing. I thought for sure my vitamen B12 and Feratin would be low but they werent. However I had already started a liquid multi vitamen and thought it was possible that it messed with the results. Any thouhgts?
  7. Thanks ladies but I realty shinty think its something that Serious. I have am Apt. On the 7th for the lump. I just really feel like my system is crazy from going of f gluten. I will keep everyone posted.
  8. I have now completed a month of gluten free diet WOO HOO! I am loving it! However my thyroid SEEMS to be out of wack. I have never had problems with it before and I have had tests done in 2010. I am wondering if it's from the Gluten withdrawl....any thoughts? My symptoms that make me think it's the thyroid is a pain in my neck on the right side almost right...
  9. I would love to do the genetic testing, but it is way too much. My son who has been gluten free for about two weeks, has a rash on his stomach and back. Red dots like little bites, I am wondering if it's related. Any thoughts?
  10. My total IgA wasnt low. I am just really confused, I just got his results from the IgG and they are normal (7.4 units Normal 19 and below) However his IgA was even lower now. Ugh....I don't know where to go from here.
  11. I am pretty darn confused on what to do. My son was orinally tested and had a low IgA (IgA 16mg normal 27-168) so I had the IgG test done as well. I thought for sure it would either be low or high but it was normal. And this panel his IgA is even lower. Should I even be suspecting Gluten anymore? Or something else? His docter is the watch and wait type,she...
  12. I didn't have positive bloodworm it was actually negative...I just happen to be getting the endo for constant nausea. Just was hoping that they were able to see something. However I am not willing to gluten myself for a POSSIBLE diagnoses. Just a side note my son did have low IgA level. And is now being tested for IGG levels. Just not understanding why...
  13. I have a endo scheduled for June 11th. I have already been gluten free since May 1st, if I had villia damage would it still show. If not when do I need to go back on gluten to be visible. I really am not wanting to, I live in horrible pain when eating gluten and take a LONG time to detox from it.
  14. I don't think so, it doesn't say. What are they?
  15. This was from 2006 before I ever suspected Cellists, I just met with my GO doctor and I asked for a copy. She said there was no evidence of celiacs. And I see on the report it states normal Billi and normal biopsy. However it also says "mild module erythema in the prepyloric area" does anyone know what this means? Also when inserting the scope they immediately...
  16. Thank you so much, I totally agree in getting a GI everyone has been so helpful
  17. Thank you so much for your reply, I have been reading so much that my eyeballs feel like there gonna fall out of my head. I also did read about the missing test (ttg) that my son is missing. I requested it be ordered, the Dr talked to me like I was crazy, but said she would order it anyway. I was so sure that all my kids would test positive right away I am...
  18. I am pretty confused about these results. My daughter is 3 1/2 her results are TTG IgA 2.1 (normal 19 and below) TTG IgA negative IGA 63mg (normal 18-132) Everything looks normal for her However my sons is differant. He is 6 years old. TTG IgA 2.2 TTG IgA Negative IGA 16 mg (Normal 27-168) so it looks like he is low in the bottom test. The...
  19. I don't have any answers for this but am also wondering the same thing. I get horrible symptoms after a BM. after feeling fine all the rest of the day.
  20. Thank you so much for your reply, I will start a food journal and try to stay away from the prestervatives. I just want to get to feeling better! I should get the test results back for my kids today I am scared and excited at the same time.
  21. Hi everyone, I am new here, and am so glad to find this forum. I have had a panel done and it came out negative, I am seeing from the other posts that it can sometimes be a false negative. I was so disapointed because I thought it would give me a clear answer. I have had a biopsy done in 2006 because of some other problems with my stomach. I just recently...
