Hello, Just to let you know, whey is definately a dairy product and has absoulutely nothing to do with gluten. My son has an allergy to Casein, which is milk protein, and so we dont do any milk. Whey is on our "Black List" Smittyslick -

Hello there! I am new to the board. My son is whey, casein, wheat and gluten free. I use ENER-G, pure SoyQuik, as a dry milk substitute and haven't had any problems. I am also new to the board. I have a five year old son who has severe food allergies to wheat, gluten, whey and casein (previous one to peanuts) and I have a hard time finding things, that a picky five year old, will eat. Hello there! This is my first time to reply, so I hope to do it correctly. I have learned alot, just by browsing, and really felt the need to be able to communicate with everyone.
