I had the same symptoms as you. I went through years of testing with "specialists" who mis-diagnosed me. Last year, I went to a homeopathic doctor who did a blood panel to test for popular food allergens. With insurance, the blood work and the doctors visit cost me about $300. Do you still live in Alaska? I live in Anchorage and am allergic to gluten, dairy, and I suspect a few other things like sorghum. I've seen baked goods at Middle Way but I've been hesitant to try them. Where else do you buy baked goods in Alaska?
