I usually just use a prepackaged gluten free mix when I make things usually Namaste mixes. Unfortunately, I just found out after having MRT testing that i have a sensitivity for tapioca -- which is listed in every flour blend I have seen, meaning what I will have to start blending my own...eek! I can't wait to try Rudi's tortilas. I used to eat (and by eat i mean force down the Food for Life ones...bizarre texture, dry and hard)So I have high hopes for Rudi's since I like all their other products. Any thoughts/opinions would be helpful. I have been gluten/dairy/soy free for 6 years. Enterolab test came back positive for gluten intolerance and celiac/gluten intolerant genes.
