I was just diagnosed with Celiac Disease in April. I have been strictly following the gluten-free diet, but due to continuing symptoms and with an elimination diet, I recently found out I am also allergic to Casein. How long do I need to be on the gluten-free/CF diet before my husband and I start trying to have kids? I am worried that since I cannot digest...
