Hello dinosinclair! I'm do glad that you've brought your concerns and struggles out in the open. I'm having exactly the same problems as you described. It's so frustrating (as you know)! Only a few weeks ago I was feeling the best that I'd felt in years but now I've gone backwards again & I have no idea why?! Just when you think you have everything...

I've noticed problems with canned products that were supposed to be Gluten Free, has anyone else had any problems like this? Certain sites have suggested to stay away from canned products. Not sure what to think?

How many of you have symptoms after eating corn? Anytime I eat corn, even popcorn gives me symptoms. Am I alone or does anyone else have these problems?

I'm new to this forum but so glad that I have people to talk to about Celiac Disease. My diagnosis is still very new (Nov. 2012) but I noticed that I would have symptoms after eating certain foods that were considered to be "gluten free". I'm very glad to hear that it's common because I was a little worried. I've found that I just have to avoid the foods...
