Thanks, much to restrictive for me, right now being qluten free, and eating starchy product, is okay, i do eat a lot of organics, but i have had lot of opposition and different views organics and how they grown close to chemically treated crops, anyways thats for another time. Lewiss

Thanks for the encouragement, just a quick note, my toe nail are in bad shape, my energy was so low, the it hurt to walk, and my my sex life is almost none existance, i don't know if that is too much information, or if it is approperate to say, but i will anyways. Hi, Yup, flax seed ground in a coffee grinder added to your favorite breakfast cerceal it worked for me. I am self diagnosed gluten-free, i know that doesn't sit well with most, but it worked for me. I am still having tired issus, bowel problems, mood swings, low energy, but l know that if i just hang in there things should get better. Just a side note...

Hi I know i'am new, but dairy dosen't seem to bother me, are there others who, are gluten free, but can still use dairy. I have been gluten free for about 2weeks. I've never had problems with dairy, l like cheese of all kinds, and so far l have had no advers reactions. So please comment, and tell me if you've had similar good results with dairy. Sljh

Hi Janet: You are right fruit and veggies, meat etc, cost the same its the specal foods like bars, and bread, pretzels, etc. I tried some of these, and l like some, but when working on a budget, the wife say spend only so much that's what its come to. Save up and buy what is on sale and go from there. working on 10 days of being on gluten-free foods...

I'am just new to your forum, l just started about 8 days ago on gluten-free diet. Since then it has been rough. Some backgroung, l have not been diagnosed, but l have noticed in the past when i use wheat products, l felt terrible, to the point of losing half of my sight in my left eye, to having almost no energy. The adustment period is not been pleasant...
