  1. Are you eating dairy? Proteins are cross-reactive. In addition, lactose intolerance in a common symptom if your villi are destroyed.
  2. Topic. Getting tested on August 6th, and they were unsure of the blood panel test because it is done through a third party lab. Just curious how much I'll be dishing out. Thanks.
  3. My advice would be to cut out dairy on top of gluten and see if the digestive problems improve. The proteins can cross-react, sudden increase in dairy intake over a period of time could provoke this response.
  4. Already began the re-gluten phase thanks to your recommendations. Started with half a piece of regular gluten filled white bread last night, and ate an ezekiel sandwich with tofu, lettuce, tomatoes, parsley, onions, and vegan mayonnaise.
