I am new to the gluten Allergy, I was diagnosed in April late March. Life is much easier and so much happier for me, that is when I dont get a bit of gluten in something I did not research. I really hate to cook in the kitchen, I want to be done in 30 minutes with my meal; and ideas for something good do not come to me at all. I love my meat and vegitables...
