  2. How may people here have Gastritus, duodemitis, and esophageal erosion. Did you GI doctor say it was from food intoleranc? Has anyone gotten better after they have been gluten free for a while? I have been off gluten, dary and soy for almost a year, things are much better but every so often my stomach starts giving me problems and I have painful attacks...
  3. Thanks for all the replies. I think I'll start by cleaning up the surface of my desk, there are times I don't sit there for several weeks so thing could be building up.
  4. They do use flouer in the kitchen, and our ventilation system isn't that great. I'm the only one that uses the desk. This whole gluten thing is difficult to nail down.

I happen to work off site 90% of the time but once a week I have to actualy go in and sit at my desk.My desk is directly above the kitchen, I can't smell the food cooking but I seam to get sick the day after I work in the office. Not sure if it's in my head so I was wondering if there is a way to masure airborn gluten?

  7. Wow, it funny how a lot of us have similar symptems, yet my doctor still insists that I don't have a gluten problem because my test was negative, and he stoped there. As in your original coment about beer! I miss good German wheat beer, I can't even tolerate alcohol these days, my eye starts twitching and the rib pain starts. Hopefuly you can try some of...
  8. Just curious do you have other symptems? Migraines, eye lid twitching?
  9. OMG costochondritis is horrible, for the last year I have had a rib that keeped poping out from inflamation, it was the one pain that put me over the edge. I have spent last few years in pain managment for multipul protruding discs, leg and SI joint pain, when the costochondritis came into the picture I couldn't take it, that's when I realy started searching...

Havoc, your not kidding, before I got sick my idea of a fun was cycling 100 miles as fast as I could so I already a good idea were my pain threshold was until last spring when I would spend most mornings in the fetal whimpering and tryin to talk myself into going to work. It only took one week of being gluten-free to start feeling better I just can keep...

Thanks for the advice, my son is very stubbern, wonder were he gets it, I had an OMM tell me last year I should look into a gluten-free diet, I totally went off on her saying how could a mechanical back problem be caused by gluten, I thought all of my problem were from being out of alignment all the time. I have since apologized to her.

  14. Thanks gottaski! I'm glad you you kid has improved on the diet, I'm worried about my son, he has been complaining about his low black and leg cramps since he was 12. Thinking about changing his diet, but geting a 14 year old to buy into a gluten-free diet may be a problem. Anyhow that is the same age when my back problem began. Started going to to chiropractor...
