I've read the old posts on generic ambien cr and whether it's gluten-free but am still confused. I am specifically wondering about the blue round pill that says "ZCR" (I don't have the bottle anymore so not sure who the manufacturer is). The pharmacy hasn't been helpful either. Just wondering if it's gluten-free. It looks like the brand name IS gluten...

Any thoughts from anyone? I'm new here and would love the wealth of experience from this forum's members I'm leaving very soon for my trip and would love to know about any OTC or Rx remedies that work for you when you get glutened. Thanks in advance!

At the time I was diagnosed with celiac, I also had elevated ASCA and was DNAse sensitive and detected. My symptoms upon starting a gluten-free diet all but disappeared and I pretty much feel great, except for recently - some old symptoms, some new GI ones, and general weirdness. Is it worth following up with my GI about the possibility of Crohns? I know...

I'm about to leave for a long trip to SE Asia and I'm scared. I've been gluten-free for a while now and I never intentionally eat gluten. In fact I am extremely careful not to.
