I thought it through, over and over again, nothing is dif. I stick to a limited amount of food because I'm new to this so I'm afraid to eat different foods.I ussually buy Tyson,but I forgot and went for the sale they were having on Spartan chick. -

I thought it was the soup too, so I called the company and they said it was gluten free. The chicken I used was Spartan Brand fresh,not the frozen. Where you referring to the frozen chicken? I appreciate your input. I have no idea how to go on an elimination diet to see if it's something in the soup. I've had this gas and this distended stomach for 6 years... -

I've tried staying away from some of these but saw no difference. Now, My question is this. If I stay gluten free will all these other sensitivities[bad spelling] go away, as I heal? What are night shades?

does any body know about, Bear Creek Country Kitchen soup mixes, Are any of them gluten free? I just ate their navy bean soup and I feel my face swelling. AM I just a worry wart because the words 'GLUTEN FREE' were not on the pkg.I thought the ingreds looked good.

does pepto bismo work or is it going to constipate me.Then you get gas from that.I cant win

I tried cutting out dairy, I tried just rice, taking my vitamins out of there capsules, cutting out soy, It never changes, even if I dont eat at all. I went to the doctor and they just say IBS, everything is IBS to them. He tested for Celiac but is was already off gluten,os of coarse it was neg. but I cant eat the stuff. I need a new doctor. -

is there anything that will make the constant bloating go away? 24/7 I have to hold in my stomach and I'm in shape,not over weight, and have good stomach tone. ON the beach when I'm laying flat it looks like something is crawling around in there. It never goes away no matter what I eat, and I follow gluten free pretty good. When I eat gluten my face swells... -
