Thank you so much for the support. I am going to try the diet and see if it helps. I don't need a test right now. I hate doctors:) plus i have a 2yo soon that has severe allergies so maybe if i have a gluten allergy he may? -

I am going gluten free after a long battle with IBS but i am also hoping it will help with my canker sores. I have had canker sores for as long as I can remember, maybe 5 years old or so. My whole family has them. Everyone just says I have to just deal with them. Well I am sick of dealing with them. I have a mouth full of them all the time. Maybe two days...
