I will admit that I am not comepletaly gluten free just moved not a whole lot of spare money but the only time this happens is when I eat gluten free bread I've tried several different brands and they all do the same thing the only thing that doesn't upset my stomach is pita....but that has gluten.

I wasn't sure where to post this but my wife has been trying to get me to eat gluten free bread but every time I do I get massive stomach aches as well as very loose bowel and blood on the toilet paper but not in the bowl. I can't find anyone with similar problems and I just need some help!? Is this normal should gluten free bread do this to me? I can eat...
