What I am doing this year (being my first year on gluten-free diet with me and my son.... the only candy that will be in our house will be gluten-free (for handing out, and the enevitable leftovers).... and when the kids come home, I will do a buy back program.... where depending on how much NON gluten-free Stuff they end up I will determine a price per piece...

  4. I know what you are going through....I had a night like that the other night...where I just could not sleep.... I didn't have any of my clonazapam and that is what helps me sleep... so when I couldn't sleep I just tossed and turned for a while and then finally fell asleep at around 4 am...and had to get up at 8...ick....   18. wow...I thought I was the only one that stares at her poop and evalutates it LOL I also have the floaty type, and the really loose ones and I don't know if it is cause I am still being glutenated somewhere or if it is just cause my body is still not free of all the gluten that I had been eating...   19. Hi all... I am typing this in between trips to the potty.... I am trying to figure out what is causing my stomach issues today...(i.e. if i was glutenated or if it is something else).... All I had for lunch was Tunafish Salad (made with Gluten Free Hellmanns mayo) on some chebe bread... and some Tostitos chips and some Gingerale... I am trying to figure...

  21. Hey all Well... I had my son tested yesterday... (well his blood was drawn yesterday)...they are doing the Ttg test and a couple of other ones.... as well as a CBC and a Sed Rate... my problem is now that he has been tested, I want to go ahead and put him on a gluten-free diet...BUT.... my hubby wants to wait until after his birthday party on the 17th...

Thank you for this list! we celebrate Halloween pretty big here (we have a TON of kids in our neighborhood)...last year we had at least 100 trick or treaters or so... and my son and daughter both go trick or treating...and they get TONS of candy.... since my son will be on the gluten-free diet at that point then I will be able to see what he can and can...

I have been on the gluten-free diet for almost a month now and I have seen great improvements....still have some cross contamination stuff going on and still getting effects every so often but not nearly as bad as before! but welcome to the board...
