After reading this post yesterday, I contacted the company. The email below is the reply I got. From what I can tell, they really do not know either. I find the suggestion to contact my healthcare provider to be interesting. They do not provide PPM or % information to take to my doctor. Beano is basically a probiotic. I think I am going to stick with other...
