Hey Jaywalker, I'm really sorry to hear about your glutening- I sympathise, having done basically the same thing with Alpro Soya today. I also know what a pain it can be to have to cook/eat on a shoe string, I hope things have picked up since 2011. I don't know if this is any good to you but, if vegetable oil is playing your stomach up, have you tried...
