Hi, did you ever get a diagnoses for this pain? Coincidentally, I also recv. a B-12 shot recently and I am experiencing the SAME almost exact symptoms. I too assumed it was from a sensitivity even though ive felt it before..just not in such as way. Its way more painful now. It seems to get worse with my wheat intake. Is it possible that BOTH the B-12 shot... -
