I don't eat eggs or yogurt, I do take a supplement though and I can't imagine a B12 deficiency could affect me for so long, could it? -

I've struggled for about 2 years on/off with bladder and digestive issues (feelings like recurring UTI's but there's never any cultures in the urine tests). I've had multiple urine tests all coming back negative, at first it was thought to be interstitial cystitis, but then that was cleared.
