So, I'm undiagnosed. I've had loose stools for about 8 years, getting procedures done soon. I have a question, normally I have no pain at all. How does one go gluten free? I mean, there are so many things with gluten, and if I were to take the list of "do not" ingredients and go to the store I'd be there for ages. So, is there a list of foods for beginners that are okay? That would be much easier than checking each item's label. -

Thanks for the reply. My problem isn't so much skin related as it is weight in the skin, if I may. Like, for instance, I have certain sunken in features in my face, which tells me I'm losing weight in it. As far as my skin goes, its just fine. -

I just noticed gravy does two things typically. One, like when I eat a rich gravy soup, especially canned, I get acid in my stomach and then sometimes inflammation. I haven't understood why gravy is such a big deal. Also, malt milk shakes give me really bad inflammation, and I know this because an hour after drinking it my stomach swells, and one of my eyes... -
Just curious. I'm undiagnosed, but I wanted to know if this made sense at all. Almost everytime I eat gravy, usually I'll eitther get an ulcer problem, or inflammation (that causes eye pain), or both. I'm still not sure if I have IBD or Celiac, but I can't help but wonder why gravy makes things worse. Thanks.

The music scene right now, IMO, is trash. I can't even turn the radio on without wanting to puke, and I'm speaking literally not figurtively. There's absolutely no talent. I had blood test done for Celiac over a year ago and it came back negative, but according to my new GI he says he wants to make sure I had the right one and that sometimes they don't come back accurate. -
