  2. I didn't realize Celiac could be that sensitive to such mild exposure. Are there different levels of the disease? I have been consuming vast quantities of wheat and gluten since I was diagnosed 13 years ago and havent had bad reactions since the first few years.

I'm gonna be upfront about this...I have hardly followed my diet at all. I cut back on Gluten and wheat intake a bit, and have cut it off completely for a few weeks here and there. But more often...
