You can really have most anything on menu, except pasta and bread of course. Make sure when you order salad that you ask for a fresh mixing bowl, as they mix salads with croutons in the bowls. I like the pollo rosa maria, mash potatoes, filet fiorentina <sp?> -amy

Hey there, just wanted to let everyone know, that Carrabba's has a gluten-free menu! They are owned by Outback Steakhouse, so I would imagine that they do too. Maybe other restaurants do too. never hurts to ask. -Amy
