I was recently dx with celiac and have great family support. Between my positive blood test and my endoscopy I spent a lot of time learning about celiac and what is safe. I read somewhere that certified gluten free foods were safe and have not read bag/box as long as I see the certified gluten free symbol. (I make my meals but like to have snacks available...
