Something a lot of people have put on here is that they HAVE TO list if it contains gluten that is not true. Lots of marinades sauces, and even sodas have something called Caramel Coloring. Many times you have to be suspicious of this stuff. Nobody has to put that is contains barley, or rye even and many times Caramel coloring contains Barley other times... -

One problem with this fact... It does have Caramel Coloring and in all honesty I can't find anywhere that says their Caramel Coloring is not used with Barley or anything that is Gluten made. Oh that was on Lawry's Caribbean Jerk Marinade
