Hi, I have an adult son with Down syndrome. There is more incidence of Celiac Disease with Down syndrome. I am just starting to have my son tested. His IgA total, was 565 where the range was listed as (69 - 309). It is very hard to search the cause of a high IgA. Any insight and what further testing should be done is welcomed.
