I haven't eaten gluten for about a month. Things aren't perfect, but I feel a heck of a lot better. It's kind of crazy how gluten makes it's way into the most ridiculous stuff...it's been an eye opening experience. Are there any brands of spices, as a whole, that aren't gluten free?
