Hi. This is my first time on this message board, but the whole purpose for me looking on it is because of weight gain. I was diagnosed with celiac disease in April this year (4 months ago!!). Since then, I have gained 13 pounds and I can't seem to lose any of it! In fact, I only seem to inch upward, little by little. I'm so frustrated! I don't eat nearly...
