  4. Yeah it does sounds like you could well be celiac or sensitive to gluten. I had pretty much all the symptoms you have described before going gluten free. The best thing you could do is go to the doctor and see what they say. Most doctors don't seem to be clued in when it comes to food allergies so if they don't help you should definitely try a gluten free...
  5. Hi folks I am self diagnosed Celiac and have been on a strict gluten free diet since March of this year. I am feeling a hell of a lot better than I did before I started the diet. Within 2 days of stopping gluten I felt like a totally different person. I was in a really bad way for a long time. I am so grateful that I managed to work out what my problem...
