I have a GI that bullied me into taking the blood tests. He said they were the gold standard. I had asked him several times about them not being right because I didn't eat bread, etc. and he blew me off. I can't get another GI. Is there any list of the medical research showing that the blood tests may give false negatives if you've maybe had a bite or...
