  1. I know you know what your talking about. But, since the new Dr. may not be familiar with celiac testing, do you have a link to a medical information page that tells which blood tests are most important?

  4. Also, i know you said any doctor can do the bloodwork, but would going to an allergist/immunologist be better in regards accuracy? And, I have to be "on" gluten to get accurate results, right? How accurate is the bloodwork tests?

  7. Pree Pretty sure I dont have celiac disease. I believe it is a wheat allergy/intolerance. i just dont have the main symptoms of celiac.
  8. Hello all, I am coming back to a gluten-free diet, as well as DF. While I have more symptoms of wheat allergies, rather than Gluten allergies, a couple years ago I had great results. I was still eating my usual portions and the stuff was even more starchy because of all the gluten-free foods. However, I lost about 20lbs and was SO much less...
