    gluten free diet is hard to stick like how long on the gluten free diet did it take for it all to settle down?? my guts feel like on fire and sting after i eat alot of the time like thanks for information much appreciated

    do u have same symthems?? took months coming up to it my bloods are good no defincy in anything allergies grand celiac grand but my intestines are like someone standing on them and when they are bad pins and needles are bad when it settles they settle

    hi there i seen on a few places they say if u are going true ibs or gluten intolerence that oats Gluten free or normal porrage oats are bad even if its gluten free that if inflamed it does not help the intestines how true is this?? i have stuck to gluten free diet as well as i can and still sick and have porrage gluten free every morning maybe its too heavy...

    thanks for reply im on organic oats they are wheat and gluten free but thinking of changing my breakfast from today like.. have moments it kinda goes but comes back might kick the porrage for a bit and see im sick again with it and dont think i had wheat like gluten free bread and ham for lunches and mainly chicken on its own for dinner alot or turkey fillets

    im on gluten free food for about 2 weeks now with no cheating i dont think unless its in something like but as far as i know im good so far like its def intestines like and making me get pins and needes all the time

    does anyone know how to avoid wheat and gluten if u wash kknifes and forks and plates is it safe and if u cook chicken in the oven is it ok where other stuff was cooked before it ?

    i had the camera down 2011 and had the celiac test done and that came back negitive as well could that have changed in 2 years? nad i could have became one ?

    thanks very much for your reply yes im from ireland... had my bloods done and all came back perfect like i take vitamins every single day and they are dairy gluten free etc..... and take acidodolphis cant spell it sorry..... ended up getting another mouth ulser in my mouth yesterday second in a week. i started a gluten free diet yesterday was my first day...

    ya all my b vitmain levels are good taken b12 the last 2 weeks as well like everything is good with my bloods and thats what bugging me celiac test came back clear negitive.. i have being eating chicken wraps latelly thinking there was no wheat in them and there is no wonder im not healing

    thanks for reply i think u might be right think the salmon was prob cooked with the pastry on it like and god knows what the sause was like... the last 2 days my left wrist is after getting really sore and hurting me alot same hand pins and needles are in alot and i do weights alot and never have issues with wrist and have not trained in 6 weeks due to this...

    got full bloods done and all came back ok vitamins levels etc tyroid perfect all good like... and i know its intestines and stomach like and its cracking my up my hands are getting sore and my left wrist is very sore

    was kinda thinking if i was even celiac it burns the intestines so if what im eating is burning and irritating the intestine i need to just heal it and all will heal up maybe and pins and needles will go?
