  1. I'm mostly looking for cheeses, butter substitutes, ice cream, and that sort of thing.
  2. Hello again, I am trying to cut out all dairy/casein out of my diet now and was wondering if any of you fine folks had any product recommendations for people on a gluten free/casein/dairy free diet. I'm rather new to the casein free part (been gluten free for several years now) and would love to have any advice or product suggestions you guys wouldn't...
  3. Thanks for all the support and ideas, guys. I'm going, once my insurance kicks in, get myself tested for casein, soy, and other allergies. I'm going to try eliminating casein first and see how that goes. Thanks again!
  4. Hello all, I've been a diagnosed celiac for five years now and I've been battling the same problem day in and day out since then. I'm very careful with my diet, I only buy gluten free foods and take painstaking measures with what foods I cook with. My wife has gone gluten free with me as well (God bless her for it!). But, I'm beginning to wonder if...
  5. Happy birthday and may God bless you today!

  6. Anyone ever have a reaction to Fruit2O drinks?

I'm beginning to wonder if I'm allergic to casein or something of that nature. I've already cut out all the dairy, being lactose intolerant (aren't we all? ) so...
  10. Hello, My name is Chris and I'm a celiac. I'm sure that one's been done to death but I couldn't resist. Anyways, I have been gluten free for two years now and I have done what all of you have done: hunted through everything in our diet and house to make sure it doesn't have gluten in it. My loving wife (God bless her and all the others...
  11. Hello all, I've been lurking around here for the last week or so and have finally decided to join such a great group of supportive individuals such as yourselves. Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Chris McCoy, I'm a computer technician and a fantasy author (starving of course!) who has recently found out that I have celiac sprue, just like my...
