I made meatloaf last night and did this- I had two pieces of gluten-free bread left so I toated them in the oven till crisp and put them in a plastic bag with a cup of PUFFINS CEREAL and used the rolling pin on it all.   5. Hi~ My daughter is 2 1/2 and was dxed w/celiac last year in October. She was still nursing at 18 months when we hit her *trigger*. It was a round of antibiotics for an ear infection.
