  1. Yes, I had slight headaches in the back of my head and frontal lobe that weren't severe but just irritating. About a week for me until they went away completely. I also cut out caffeine completely the same day that I went gluten free so that may have been the cause for mine. Sorry about your child.

  5. I too don't have much of an appetite and am less than 2 weeks into my gluten-free diet. When I do eat, I'm full with a lesser amount of food and for a longer duration. I eat at about 11:00am and then again at 6:00pm. No munches anymore either. Not sure if this will continue or balance out. I have about 5 lbs to lose so this should be a good thing?
  6. So I'm about 10 days into my 100% gluten free diet because of celiac disease and let me tell you, it has been interesting to say the least. About 2 days ago, day 8 I started having very vivid dreams. Mostly erotic dreams, go figure!! Haha. Anyway, I know that we all dream but it seems like my subconscious has taken a walk down the red light district. The...

Have lost 75% of the bloated belly and 5 lbs. I'm not sure what this means but I'm not near as hungry as I was 10 days ago. Good luck and let us know.

  11. My girlfriend has been very supportive. She has bought glut free cook books and she is even going to change her lifestyle and eating habits so we will both live healthier. She chooses to do this and doesn't have celiac disease so for that I am very thankful.
  12. Hello. I have just recently been diagnosed with celiac disease and I am overwhelmed and quite shocked. My PCP did the tests and gave me the diagnosis about a week ago. I have been scouring the web looking for one place to get information regarding the symptoms (obvious and not so obvious). Also having to re-invent my whole life of eating and nutrition....
