    If your pots/pans have teflon/plastic/silicon and it is scratched - replace it. I'd cut out the processed / pre-packaged and go whole foods. Not as in the store, but whole, actual foods. Give it 6-ish months to see any vast improvement.

    There's actually a lot of places in Berlin that are Celiac friendly. If you go to the shops mentioned in the post above yours, you should be able to easily find gluten-free prepackaged items in the freezer section and in the specialty foods sections.     I've been told "no" before, but I break out in dermatitis and I've had horrid reactions after opening package after package to help my inlaws, and also just petting the cats. IF/When we have any pets, they will all be gluten free.

    I will give you my experience. I lived above a bakery for 3 years here in Germany. It was a logistics nightmare and I kept getting sick and having sinus issues every spring-fall.
