in my local sainsburys they now have a full freezer full of gluten free things.. There is, fish fingers, meat pies, chicken slices, chicken nuggets, sausages, yorkie puds, lasange, hotpots,as well as free from bread biccies, etc so it will not be hard for him as these are all the things that he loves... Speaking of an underlying illness i also have...

i am on the wheat free diet and was wondering if anyone has any lists of things that are in other things such as shampoo... i have posted this once but it got lost? i was using vo5 shampoo and conditioer and i thought i had serisis (sp) then my hubby read it and said it contained wheat well within a week my head had cleared completley, so is there other...

I have always used vo5 shampoo and conditioner and always had a sore scabby head in fact i thought i had sirisis (sp) but my hubby noticed it said wheat protein in it??? i stopped using it and my head was totally clear withing one week... My question now is what other products contain wheat stuff? i would hate to think i am using stuff that could cause... -

Hi there and thanks for your replies, i have yet to be diagnosed, my gp is on at the hospital for my results as the specialist refused to give them to me and i am on yearly appointments, he said i need to know for definate... I have ulcerative colitis that wasnt changing despite being on heaps of meds, i came of the med after a year as they were making... -
Hi there i was wondering how long it takes for you to feel 100% better after you start the wheat free diet? i have been on it since March now 7 months and i am only just seing a proper improvement, can anyone help me on this i think i read somewhere it could take up to 2 years!! is this true? Hope you can advise, love Poppet x
