I was going to try the recipe that dcrehr posted however I think there's a mistake. I've posted the ingredient list below. Shouldn't there be way more flour. I'm thinking it should be 1 1/2 cups or 2 1/2 cups of tapioca. Has anyone tried this recipe as is? Did it work? "UDI" Whole Grain Bread DRY INGREDIENTS: 1/2 Cup Tapioca Flour/Starch 1/4 cup + ...
