  1. This is the first time I'd seen their Gluten Free Bakery items at any of my local Whole Foods stores. From what I read on their website they are trying to have every store carry them within the next year. That gives me some hope that it will become easier to find safe foods for Celiacs in grocery stores. I work a lot and never have time to cook so...
  2. I was at the Whole Foods last night and discovered that Whole Foods has just added fresh Baked Gluten Free items to their store. They had Muffins, Cookies, Pies, Bread, and other yummy items.   3. Thanks for the information everyone. I can't believe it never occurred to me before to check the ingredients of my shampoo and condition for wheat. I was diagnosed with Celiac about a year and a half ago and thought I was doing a pretty good job of keeping wheat gluten out of my diet but I guess I missed some sources. thanks everyone. -Amy
  4. I just noticed that the ingredients of the conditioner I use on my hair contains wheat protein and wheat starch. Does anyone know if its safe for someone with Celiac to use hair and skin products contain wheat gluten? Do I only need to worry about eating wheat gluten or do I need to make sure its not in things like lotion, shampoo, and conditioner as...
