I have supposedly had celiac for 10 years and have been gluten free. I recently had more problems with food, and ended up in the ER with alcohol poisioning from it. I was barely able to eat anything without getting 'drunk'. I have been to several doctors, but decided I couldn't wait any longer and started research on my own. I have an overgrowth of bad bacteria...
