  1. Hi. I'm an American teacher working in northern China. I can get oat, potato, and rice flour, but NO tapioca flour (and I live near the edge of the universe and have no access to any type of healthfood store). Most white bread recipes I've seen call for tapioca flour. Is there a white bread recipe using just the aforementioned flours I can get in China...
