    Hello, I'm relatively new to the gluten free world and I can tell you it's been a long road. I have Restless Leg Syndrome, Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and I need to be gluten free. I did get tested for antibodies but was told the results were negative. I know for sure through eliminating everything in my diet that bread is the issue. My stomach swells...
