Hi Jackie! I totally get what you're going through, I'm dealing with this exact thing right now. The amount of energy I have when I don't eat gluten is AMAZING. I've gone my whole life thinking I was lazy but it turns out I was just poisoning myself every day. I went on an elimination diet for a couple of months and then have since tested gluten....
