  1. Wow! Good to know. I do have a coffee grinder at home and like to grind my own beans because it tastes much better, but the coffee at my work place is pre-ground. I'm trying to avoid coffee altogether for a couple weeks until my stomach stops hating me.

  3. I had a blood test come back positive for celiac, though the endoscopy came back negative. I gave up gluten a few weeks ago and am temporarily giving up a lot of other stuff elimination diet style (no dairy, soy, grains, etc) just to see if anything else is causing irritation. After having 10 years of digestive problems that were repeatedly misdiagnosed as either acid reflux or IBS, I had a basic blood test come back positive for celiac.
